Since came to National Taipei University. Managing money became very easily
Through my Engel's Coefficient became really high, probably 65%, I guess. But the less 35% became my deposit, fuel expense and engine oil expense.
Because there is no inducement for me to spend money in三峽 & 鶯歌. By the way, I now live in 三峽. For example, like book store, King Stone and 北大書坊 are definitely a clip joint. And there is no CD store here.
Now, I’m wondering a new way to “enjoy life more”.

But in the other hand , it is a really big chance for me to improve my “Financial IQ”. Now I follow tips provided by Lara Savino. First, I put charges in my piggy bank everyday than put them into bank every month. Second, I made an account book for recording my daily expense. I hope that will really help me improve my “Financial IQ”.

The benefits of music

Since we were child, we can’t live without music. Music has been came down for thousands of years. I don’t know why human can’t live without it. But we all know that there’re lots of benefits that music brings to people’s life.

In my daily life, window shopping in second-hand record store is a good way to spend my Saturday night. Sometime I get chance to find something fabulous that can’t be found in common CD store. And I usually study with music. That do helps me concentrate and get rid of boring.

Also, we can find out something else that benefits music brings to people’s life from news or researches. For example, music is good for prenatal education, according to research, listening to Mozart’s music is good for both baby‘s growth and the mother’s health. And music can effect on our mood, while driving car or riding motor, soft music will remind us to slow down on highway or be patience in a traffic. But earphone using is not a appropriate way to keep concentrate on the road.

Well, everyone loves music, I believe that when it come to music, people have matter of opinion. That’s matter of course. And I got mine, too.

Most of my CD collection is the original soundtrack, A.K.A. O.S.T. I can find all-types of music and that‘s really convenient? You got one, and you got all. The range of O.S.T. is really wide. Anything that you can imagine, such as, rap, rock & roll, sofa music, electronic, country music, Reggae, heavy metal……etc. There is something like movie" Matrix: Reloaded" is a mixture of electronic music and stringed music. And that's what I'm talking about.

From O.S.T., I started to realize the importance of music. Without music, only the image can do nothing even if they got fabulous sound effects or 3-D special efficacy. From O.S.T., I started to realize how music effect on our mood. I can’t really imagine life without music.

A Life change experience

The experience that changed my point of view was happened in my junior high. But this matter is the indirect influence, actually.

In my junior high, our English teacher gave us a summer vacation assignment. The assignment is to sings a English song to the entire class.
Only I thought ” it sucks”. But I have no choice. So, I started to seek the song for assignment. Then, I found the song” You’ve got a friend in me” and brought the original soundtrack, A.K.A. O.S.T. That’s the ending for the movie“ Toys’ story”, produced by Pixar, you all know that.

Finally, praise the Everlasting God. Our teacher is so forgetful that she forgot the lovely summer vacation assignment. But that doesn’t matter. What matters most, I started to realize that O.S.T. is so interesting that I can find all kinds of music just in few CDs. The best of all, that really broad my horizon. Not only to music, also to my point of view toward the whole the daily life. From O.S.T., I learn how to see through things objectively and how to look things on the other side. The more I learn from music , the more I learn from the world.

How to enjoy life more? Mmmmm……
As I was wondering what to write for this presentation, I seldom think about this kind of questions. Because, for me, it is easy “enjoy my life”. So I sum up my idea of”enjoy my life”. Maybe some of you have heard of them. Maybe for someone, they are just common sense. But, still, it is my way to enjoy life.
I’m not good at expressing myself in English. But I’ll try my best.

First of all, retrieve the motivation that felling like to improve your daily life.
Well goes a saying” The proof of pudding is in the eating”. There will happen nothing if people just lie on a sofa with the remote control.

Second, change one’s mind.
According to the movie” Forrest Gump”, Tom Hanks said” shits happen”.
People can’t always expects things to get better and can’t always take charge on everything. So, well goes a saying again” I always consider the worst plan and embrace the best hope”. The matter cannot always move towards the worst plan. So, don’t worry about too much. Should occur always can occur.
c'est la vie!! Such is life!!

Third, keep smiling face.
I personally consider that the expression and the mood can do the mutual influence. That’s make it simple. The expression can act on the mood and the mood can do the same thing to the expression. For example, you want to pretend that you are angry; you have to think something that bug you. Try yourself at home. And that will be fun.
So, whatever happens, keep smiling, and that will do the help.

Snap - The Power of Bhangra

This video by Snap was recorded in Sri Lanka or India......someplace like that.
Anyway,it's really cool video.
I personally think that rap and Snap, the singer, is no big deal. I don't care, actually. But "The Power" really became a hit in Taiwan because the short subject of "Burce Almighty ", movie acted by Jim Carrey.

Thank to youtube, I finally found the MV. But it's a remix version. That's OK. In fect, I like it much more. It is very interesting that rap can with other culture like Sri Lanka or India. Just like the original soundtruck "Matrix: Reloaded" is a mix of electronic music and stringed music. That's what I'm talking about.

From the Mv, you can see a different kind of way of living. For example, their's celebration ,natural conditions and social customs. First, like in the interlude, there's a woman in red danceing near by river. That feel is good. Second, the DJ in yellow is really awesome. Although I really don't get it that what he was abracadabraing for, but don't know why, that got my attraction and let me click the repeat button again and again.

If I won the lottery

If I won the lottery, I would save the all money in the bank and just forget about it.
I would keep on my daily life and pretend that there's nothing happened. As for money, maybe someday I might come upon an emergency situation. That might help me recall that I still have the money or I still have a chance or something. That's all.

I found it on my friend's blog. That guy is really cool. He always can find lots of jokes, funny videos, interesting pictures and put them all on his blog.

The film maker did a really good job. He made this this short film looks like "Saving Private Ryan " and "Six Feet Under ". And he also made fun with newcomers of this game.

Few days ago, I found an interesting website called IMDb,

My favorite part is "memorable quotes." Sometimes, I would like to know sbout some short subjects' subtitle in English. Because you can't always get a DVD and spend time on it just for one line. So, I think the greatest part of this website is "memorable quotes." I don't have to rent many DVD just because I think the line in the short subject is interesting. Well, maybe it is the only outstanding part of the movie, like......"Pink panther."

Maybe someone might notice that there is a link at right side of this blog with the same name "...etc. & so on. " Actually, that's my first blog established at my life time on senior high. I bought lots of books last week. But i'm too lazy to read them......don't know why. Hell know.
Today is the day our midturn of calculus just finished. I finally found the motivation to read them. The first one i drew from my bookrack is "Hell the eventuality ". I construe by myself......haha. Title in Chinese is "去他的萬一 ", written by Pear Sushi ( 酪梨壽司......天曉得我翻的有沒錯 ) , a famous blogger in Pixnet. The book is talking about writer's MBA life in NY. After reading, i not only feel "Calculus? Frankly, my dear, i don't give a damn. --北非諜影--" but also know about how the MBA goes and how networking and asskissing looks like in American. And that's why so many company crazy about the MBA student. I mean......MBA students make great stride at their quality and ability after finishing their course. By the way, the author before is such an idi** that she can't even recite the multiplication table. Not like "shut up and listen " in Asia ...... bla bla bla ...... commonplace, i know. It is pretty hard to detail how awesome it is. So just walk into a book store and find out what i'm talking about. I think eslite bookstore would love to offer a place for reader who enjoys reading.

I found a interesting communication in the article.
We can know how Americans communicate in business and we also can learn some way to protest or to insult someone without using f-word or s-word.

若不是透過電話開會,我簡直以為接著就要上演翻桌戲碼,談判徹底破裂。但說也神奇,或許Amy薑是老的辣,也或許有人就是欠罵欠恐嚇,下回開會,難纏的Kelly突然變的乖巧柔順,答應要辦的事前一件也沒少,雙方合作關係從此一帆風順。
我只能說,這和台灣講究和氣生財卻超級沒效率的開會文化真的很不同呀
